What is CarPartner?
CarPartner is a new revolutionary service that is designed to empower car customers with new innovative services that will aim to alleviate anxiety. Buying a new car is either the first or second largest investment a family can make. And the process has been largely unchanged since its inception. CarPartner was created by its founders Carey Gammon and Jermaine Brown to address this glaring need that has been largely ignored. Our service aims to attract customers who are tired of the status quo, when they have a need to purchase a new car. They are making a huge monetary investment and not receiving the expected level of service that would warrant a happy customer experience. CarPartner will enter into this space and provide dealerships with a comprehensive plan to achieve a higher level of customer experience. Consumers who visit the CarPartner site prior to visiting the dealership will have the ability to choose the sales person they want deal with prior to visiting the dealership. Once they have selected the sales person of their choice our consumers will have several innovative features available. These enhancements were designed to empower the consumer with choices and options that were previously unavailable to car buyers.
About the Founders:
Carey and Jermaine have been friends for over 17 years - originally meeting in 1997 in the US Army while stationed in Panama. Both began their careers in the US Army in the Telecommunications field, however, it was Jermaine that remained in the field upon exiting the service. Jermaine now touts 18 years of experience in the satellite communications industry, with an emphasis on project management and engineering. The bulk of this experience coming from Intelsat, the global leader in satellite communications. “I started my journey at Panamsat, a startup turned industry leader, and I was instilled with the drive and passion to accomplish the goals at hand with the resources available”. He continued, "I was fortunate to further my skills with Intelsat and the team there provided me with the means to hone my skill sets on several high-profile projects, programs and services". Jermaine has been able to translate his project management applications and process creation skills into bringing a new customer experience service that will change the face of automotive sales.
Carey started his career in sales in 2002 as sales person at First Team Auto Mall after exiting the service. After spending his first three years in sales, he soon earned the opportunity to move into management as a Finance Manager. He ended up spending the majority of his sales career on the retail side as a Finance Manager and in 2009 he was promoted to Finance Director. In October of 2011, Carey decided to explore the corporate side of the Automotive Industry as a District Sales Manager for Hyundai Motor America. Carey states that "all of these experiences provided me with a robust understanding of how customers can be serviced better in the automotive industry". Thus Beyond Sales, LLC was born.
Beyond Sales is the company that will introduce CarPartner to the automotive industry. We are a modern innovative company that focuses on bridging the gap between consumers and car dealerships.

Enter Beyond Sales. Our company’s goal is to position our website (CarPartner) as the number one tool that consumers use before heading to a dealership to purchase their next vehicle. Express Service | In a hurry? Don't want to spend your whole day at the dealership? By using this option our consumers will be out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. Dealerships that are express sale certified will have a noticeable distinction on our site to alert customers. In order for dealerships to be express sale certified they must maintain a 90% or higher express sale completion percentage. |
Schedule A Test Drive | Let’s face it, there are many choices available when you are purchasing your next vehicle. Using this service allows the consumer to schedule a test drive of the model they are interested in, with the Sales Partner of their choice. |

Recently, at the Auto News World Congress in Detroit, Michigan, many of today’s top automotive executives spoke on the future of the industry and how their model lineups and brand will be answering the call.

Why Car Partner?
Our goal is to revolutionize the way customers purchase their new cars, as well as how the dealerships will now interact with their customers. Consumers have been buying cars in this country dating back to the 1890’s; and it was in 1896 that the first companies to produce vehicles for the public were formed. As more consumers started to materialize these automobile dealerships began to market their vehicles to help increase sales. This would lead to growth within the automotive infrastructure which forced dealerships to hire salesmen to service the public. Over the past decades there have been many changes within the automotive industry, the vehicles have become more technically advanced, the dealerships have been upgraded to look more sophisticated and unique, marketing techniques have become more intuitive, even how you connect to a customer via phone, text, and email have made the car buying process easier for dealerships. All these processes have either been added or upgraded over the years. However, one of the most important areas of the purchase has yet to be addressed, and that area is the actual consumer. Our service aims to address that void. Consumers are the automotive industry’s greatest asset because without them there is no automotive industry.
