As technology evolves and access to information becomes readily available, the bottom-line and black and white of a transaction has become more important that the interactions between the consumer and sales associate. The consumer will be given every scrap of information they desire to make the decision when purchasing a product, but then have to complete the transaction with a sales associate unfamiliar with their name, let alone the reasoning behind the purchase, with the main focus being the payout at the conclusion of the sale.

With years of experience in both the Automotive and Telecommunications industries, Beyond Sales founding team members believe in the value proposition of consumers communicating and building relationships directly with the individuals that will provide the end-service handoff.
